If You’re Unhappy With the Item
- Our Product Research Team carefully selects items we believe customers will enjoy—popular, trending, or in-demand products.
- Please keep in mind that operating a small business comes with many costs. We ask customers to do their own research before purchasing and not proceed if the product may not fit their needs.
- While we understand your disappointment, operational expenses have already been incurred. Therefore, all sales are considered final and refunds cannot be issued.
If You Received the Wrong Item
- A wrong item means the product is entirely different from what’s shown on our website.
- Will be replaced (Example 1): You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.
- Will be replaced (Example 2): You ordered lipstick but got mascara.

Will not be replaced (Example 3): You purchased a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t weighted.
- As a small business, we work hard to provide thorough product details so you can decide before buying.

Will not be replaced (Example 4): You ordered a jacket in size Large but believe you got a Small.
- We strive to publish complete sizing/product information to help you determine fit and suitability beforehand.
- When eligible, we’ll create a replacement order using the same shipping speed as the original.
- Please send three photos of the received item from different angles to help us process the replacement quickly.
- If a replacement is approved, you do not need to return the incorrect item.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived After 30 Days
- Orders not received after 30 days (this excludes shipments marked “delivered” by the carrier, such as USPS or Canada Post) qualify for a free replacement.
- We will place a replacement order with the same shipping speed as your original.
- If your tracking shows Delivered, please contact your local post office. Here’s a list of our most common carriers.
