Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days. Delivery windows are 7–20 business days for the US and 10–25 business days for international shipments.

If you’re still within 5 business days of ordering:
- Your package will leave within 1–5 business days from the order date. If it ships sooner, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to the address used at checkout.
- Didn’t see tracking by the 5th business day? Please check your Junk/Spam folder.
- If there’s still no email, contact us via the Contact Form page so we can look into it.

- When an order hasn’t shipped by the 6th business day, our team is already aware and has escalated it to Fulfillment.
- Kindly allow 3 additional business days for us to update you with a tracking number.

If you’re still within 7–20 (US) or 10–25 (International) business days:
- Reasons tracking might not show updates yet:
- The first scan may occur only when the package reaches a regional hub near the destination, especially during high-volume periods when parcels are processed in bulk. Until that initial scan, the carrier might not acknowledge receipt.
- The first scan could be at the time of delivery.
- Tracking databases can take time to refresh.
- Some services—like standard international—don’t provide tracking. Your package should still arrive on or before the 20th or 25th business day, respectively.
- Reasons tracking might not show updates yet:

If it’s beyond 20 (US) or 25 (International) business days:
- If those timeframes have passed and tracking hasn’t changed, please allow 5 more business days. Most shipments arrive on or shortly after the 20th/25th business day.

If it’s beyond 30 (US) or 35 (International) business days:
- We never want our supporters to worry about receiving their orders. Our team is actively monitoring any extended delays and has escalated them to the Fulfillment Manager for investigation.
- Please give us the opportunity to review; we’ll follow up by email within 2–5 business days.
How We Calculate Shipping & Delivery Dates
- Delivery estimates are determined by adding the transit time to the estimated ship date.
- Transit time depends on the shipping speed you select and is calculated in business days. Saturdays and Sundays typically don’t count, unless a weekend delivery option appears at checkout. Holidays are also factored in.
- For certain delivery dates, you may see an “order within” countdown that shows the time left to place your order and receive it by the shown date. That date may change before you check out. Your confirmation email will include the final delivery date.
- Free Shipping: Orders arrive within 7–25 business days. Because we ship in the most cost-efficient way to offer free shipping, items might not leave immediately—but they’ll ship in time to arrive within the 7–25 day window.
Expedited Shipping
- To keep prices as affordable as possible, we rarely offer expedited shipping.
- If the option appears on the Shipping/Checkout page, delivery timeframes are 7–15 business days for the US and 10–20 business days for international orders.
